Decree on gas business in Vietnam

The government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam published the decree on gas business on March 22, 2016, at requests of the Minister of Industry and Trade. This Decree stipulates regulations on gas business and requirements for gas trading in Vietnam, and applies to traders specified in the Law on Commerce and entities engaging in gas business.
